Terms & Conditions of the Sessions
Code of Ethics
Please read through these terms & conditions before booking your appointment with us.
Most of our appointments are distance / remote via Zoho Meeting, it works the same way as Zoom.
- You will be sent an email with a link to our appointment once you have made a booking. Please take note of the time & duration of our meeting, please join at the appointed time or a little earlier if possible.
- Please note that by paying for a booking you agree to these terms & conditions, you agree that it is your choice to undertake this healing work in whatever form is chosen & is best for you in each session.
- You are agreeing that you are responsible for your health & well being, & if you feel that you are unable to be responsible for your actions you will communicate this to myself or anyone else who can help you… YOU ARE YOUR OWN HEALER…
- We are here to facilitate, guide, and support YOUR transformational healing journey, we are here to create a safe, confidential space for you while you are here. We are here to treat you with respect, integrity & honesty…
- All sessions are Private & Confidential. All communication, questions, or requests will happen during our appointments, or during office hours between the sessions I have with other clients, as and when I can. If there is a lot to be communicated / processed, please schedule an appointment. We will have some time at the beginning of our sessions and at the end for discussing what we are doing or have done.
- These modalities are not a “quick fix”, success is dependent on co-operation, honesty, integrity & trust between client and therapist. There are also boundaries of respect. Please honour these as our co-creation depends on mutual co-operation in safety, respect & reverence.
- We are not a health professionals and therefore will not consult or advise on medical or mental health issues. Please consult a qualified practitioner. Energy & / hypnotherapy sessions are not intended to replace professional medical or psychological treatments, nor to provide financial, legal or medical advice or serve as a substitute for medical or professional care.
- Techniques used are safe and non invasive and may include counselling, hypnosis or any of the modalities used here.
- We reserve the right to withhold our services & ask a person to leave, or not continue with a session if these boundaries are not respected. We reserve the right to refund your fee and cancel your appointment if we feel we may not the best person to support you at this time.
Cancellations & Refunds
- If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours before your appointment time in order to not lose your fee. We respect & honour your time with us, and we ask that you do the same.
- Any appointment that is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- Please note that if you are using any Recreational Drugs, or have done so in the last 30 days, or large amounts of alcohol within the last 12 hours, then Hypnosis & other forms of therapy and healing will not be undertaken in this session. Please note this is for the very best healing outcome for you. (This is especially in relation to any drug / alcohol addiction).
